Terms and Conditions 9club — User Guide

By accessing the 9club.plus website, downloading our mobile app, or registering as a member, you expressly and implicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the date of your account registration and remains in force for as long as your account is active or until it is terminated by either party.

9club reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will take effect immediately upon being published on the website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you remain informed of the latest version of this agreement.

To register and use 9club services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years on the date of registration.
• Register only one (1) account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion list enforced by 9club or any regulatory body.
• Not using the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations.

9club reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. 9club recommends that you take the following steps to protect your account:

• Use a strong and unique password containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.

All financial transactions on the 9club platform are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum deposit: RM30 per transaction via FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, or your preferred bank.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per request. Withdrawals are processed only to a bank account or eWallet registered under the same member's name.
• All deposits and withdrawals must be processed through payment methods that have been verified and registered under your account.
• 9club reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals for security review and KYC compliance purposes.
• Any attempt to deposit or withdraw using a third-party account is prohibited and may result in account closure.

9club offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each bonus has wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.

• Bonuses may not be transferred to another member or redeemed directly for cash.

• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control.
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Content or services provided by third parties accessible through our platform.

9club reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Breach of any term within this agreement.
• Failure to provide the requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• At the member's own request for self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

If an account is closed due to fraud or a violation, 9club reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of the remaining balance pending investigation. Legitimate funds will be returned to the member once the investigation confirms no breach has occurred.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with procedures established by 9club.
